Orders are processed on business days only (Monday - Friday), excluding public holidays. All orders are shipped via Australia Post Standard Service only. Delivery times vary depending on your area. You may check estimates on the Australia Post website or with your tracking number. 

Can my parcel be left at my doorstep if I am not home

Australia post requires parcels to be signed by default. However, if you would prefer to have your package left in a safe space such as your doorstep or letterbox, you can select the ATL (Authority To Leave) option at checkout. In the comments section at checkout, you also have the option to provide delivery instructions to be indicated on your package. Please note that for Express Post, you cannot select 'signature required on delivery.' Any packages marked ATL cannot be replaced if they go missing, so please bear in mind that this option is at your own risk. 

I made a mistake with my delivery address - can I still change it after I have placed my order?

If you parcel hasn't been sent we are happy to update the address.But if your order has been processed and tracking information sent unfortunetly we are unable to assist. You maybe able to call Australia Post. The best thing to do is to please ensure all details, including postcodes, building numbers and names are correct at the time of ordering. 

Returns and exchanges

We want to make sure that your experience with The Feel Good Society Personal Dispensary is as easy as possible. We proudly stand by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee Policy, offering a full refund on unopened practitioner-only-products. For our Artisanal Herbal Liquids, we do not accept returns as each custom blend is hand-prepared to order, complete with personalised labels. Returns are shipped at your expense and an email must be sent to provide you an RO number. A refund is only provided after inspection allow 10-15 days and a tracking number must be provided. Refunds will be provided to the original payment method. 

I think I have had an allergic reaction, what do I do?

If you believe you have had an adverse or allergic reaction to a compounding prescription you have received from us, please discontinue use and contact us immediately. In cases of emergency, please call 000 immediately. Reactions will be assessed, documented and reported to our manufacturing goods suppliers.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from us with a link to track your order. Alternatively, hop over to Australia Post website and enter your tracking number. 

I think my parcel might be missing. What can I do?

If your package has been stuck in transit for longer than expected, please let us know so we can lodge a 'missing package investigation' with Australia Post. Every missing package will be assigned a unique case number by Australia Post and can take up to 2-4 weeks to locate. If the package was delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the item should be returned to us. To have this package resent to the correct address, there will be a $15 postage fee.
