My story
is simple.
I am a woman who has navigated my own health issues and understand the challenges that women face today.

I’ve arrived here through my own journey of chronically overcoming limiting beliefs, arising health symptoms from not loving and appreciating my body. I was deeply out of alignment but I turned and faced my shadow self and I am now living the life of my dreams and my health is the best it has ever been.
I've been through emotional teachings, depression, anxiety, fatigue (adrenal insufficiency), EBV and some wild hormonal issues! I have been there and learned a lot along the way. When I finally started honouring myself and my body I discovered natural medicine and I knew I would dedicate my life - honouring the call I was being guided too.

I’ve spent years of my life to understand all aspects of women’s health, I have guided clients in my clinical practice and also provide clinical support and self-help guidance through my own personal instagram @suzzihartery with heart-filled offerings and healings from my words and illustrations.

My profound enthusiasm for the field of holistic medicine arose from my own personal health struggles, and I am so honoured to be able to assist and empower my patients to take action with their own health via education, support, and empathy. I believe in taking a holistic approach to treatment, taking into account how mental focus, nutrition, personal history, and genetics all play a role in your general wellbeing.

I absolutely love the delicate mindset and hormonal interplay within our bodies, and everything symptoms tell us - if we listen well.
Clients have once called me ‘The Self-Health Empowerer’ and 'Self-Worth Whisper' which makes me smile because it’s true! My favourite thing about what I do is I love working out complex health puzzles with every client and being your biggest cheerleader for your goals and belief towards them.

Personalised Health Support
If you’ve tried doing “all the right things” but still don’t feel your best, you’re not alone.
Conflicting advice, information overload and one-size-fits-all programs make health feel harder than it needs to be.

The Good Health Club exists to change that.

Inside the Club, you’ll build strong health foundations with clear, practitioner-led guidance — so you’re no longer guessing, starting over, or doing it alone. This is support designed to fit real life, not perfection.

You’ll gain:
• Clarity around what actually matters for your body
• Education that helps you understand why things work
• Simple, sustainable tools you can return to again and again
• A sense of support, structure and direction — without overwhelm

Less guesswork. More understanding.
Support that meets you where you are.

Because good health shouldn’t feel confusing, overwhelming or lonely.
