Appointments, Scripts, Cancellation, Reschedule and Refund Policy: Naturopathic consultations require 48+ hours notice to reschedule to avoid the cost of a cancellation fee. Cancellations within 48 hours of the booked appointment time will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the consultation fee. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur 100% of the consultation fee. If rebooked online within 48 hours of original appointment booked time for the first time (this can only be utilised once as a repeat no-show will incur full payment protocol before consultations can be placed). In the event of first time rebook the cancellation fee will be waived once booking as been made within 48 hours. It is the responsibility of the client to keep appointments and provide notice as early as possible. If for any reason we realise that we cannot make a scheduled appointment, we will provide as much notice as possible. In this case you will not be charged a cancellation fee, and we will reschedule to a mutually convenient time with any pracitioner available. If you are going to be more than 20 minutes late with no communication made, the system will automatically place you as a no show and consultation fee will be forfeited or invoice for outstanding consultation to be paid. In the event of an advised late arrival time your appointment will need to be rescheduled if past 20 minutes so that adequate time can be provided for your consultation discussion and this will incur a 50% consultation reschedule fee charged as a half missed appointment. All discussions require a consultation appointment. Only pick-up of repeat scripts are able to be under the exclusive pick-up golden ticket service and are not a consultation. Additionally, this service is only available if treatment prescription has previously been provided for exact same product/formulation. Prescription pick-up will need to be prior arranged for pick-up day and time with safe detailed area of pick-up advised at the time of communication. This is in line with the TGA authority body regulations. All payments are final and non-refundable. We value your time, and our practitioner's hold a high level of service and often prepare for your appointment 30-45 minutes prior to your arrival to ensure the high level of quality of care we provide to all our valued clients.

Gift Vouchers & Appointment Credit Holds: At the date of issue gift vouchers have a 6 month validity time of which after this time the voucher becomes invalid/expired and any funds paid are forfeit. This prepaid may be gifted to another party for credit on their appointment or utilised at your advised rebook time.
