These Terms & Conditions outline my (The Feel Good Society ABN 60 347 030 236) responsibilities to you as well as your responsibilities to us, under Australian Consumer Law. Please take the time to have a read so that you are aware of these responsibilities - noting these may be updated at any time and it is your responsibility to stay informed. If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions please do not continue to visit this website. As qualified clinical Naturopathic practitioners we are committed to the Code of Conduct for registered health practitioners. The Code of Conduct for unregistered health practitioners is available to view at the bottom of this page.

Payment Terms: Payments made through our online portal are secure via Square. We may collect your card details at first appointment and they will be securely saved on encrypted software (Square or Fresha). For appointments your card will be charged at the time of booking your appointment and an invoice emailed to you. Payments made are non-refundable.

 

Shipping Policy

 

We offer both Australian and International shipping through Australia Post.  An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. We strive to process orders within 1-3 business days of purchase. Estimated delivery timeframes are outlined below:  

Australian Shipping - via Australia Post  

- Standard Shipping: 2-7 Business Days ($9.95)  

- Express Shipping: 1-3 Business Days ($13.95)  

Please Note: Delivery to rural and remote areas may take up to 2 weeks.  

 

International Shipping - via Australia Post  

- Standard Shipping: 3-6 Weeks ($39)  

Important: International customers may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or border fees upon arrival in their country. The Feel Good Society is not responsible for these additional charges.  

 

Local Pickup  

- Free Local Pickup is available from our Gold Coast warehouse.  

- Use the code "FREELOCALPICKUP" at checkout to waive shipping fees.

Comments and feedback: Comments and feedback are welcome. We are always willing to improve. We will always ask your permission before sharing any reviews, through any channel.

Appointments, Scripts, Cancellation, and Reschedule Policy

 

- Rescheduling/Cancellation: Naturopathic consultations require at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule. If you cancel within 48 hours, you’ll be charged 50% of the consultation fee. If you cancel within 24 hours, 100% of the fee will apply. You can rebook once within 48 hours of the original appointment to avoid fees (this option can only be used once).

  

- Late Arrivals: If you’re more than 20 minutes late without prior communication, you will be marked as a no-show, and the consultation fee will be forfeited. If you notify us but arrive more than 20 minutes late, the appointment will need to be rescheduled and will incur a 50% reschedule fee.

 

- Missed Appointments: It’s your responsibility to keep appointments and provide notice if you can’t attend. If we need to cancel, we’ll notify you as early as possible and reschedule at no charge.

 

Returns & Refund Policy  

 

In the interest of health and safety for all, we do not accept the return or exchange of any products. Please choose carefully. To assist in making informed decisions, we have detailed the therapeutic benefits of every product we stock.  

 

- Consultations and Testing: Please note that all consultations and testing services are non-refundable.  

 

- Returns Under Australian Consumer Law:  

Where required under the Australian Consumer Law, The Feel Good Society will accept product returns and provide an exchange, replacement, or refund (at our discretion) if:  

  • The product is damaged, faulty, or the wrong item was received, and  

  • You provide a copy of your tax invoice or proof of purchase.  

 

Damaged or faulty products must be reported to The Feel Good Society within 7 days of delivery.  

 

If you believe you are eligible for a return, please email us via your confirmation of order email within 7 days of delivery with proof of purchase. Our team will review your request and respond as soon as possible.  

 

- Return Process:

  • If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.  

  • Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.  

 

Refunds: If your return is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within **10 business days**. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.  

 

- Exclusions: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:  

  • Sale items  

  • Gift cards  

  • Products that are not deemed damaged or faulty  

  • Consultations

  • Digital Products

Gift Vouchers & Appointment Credit Holds: At the date of issue gift vouchers have a 6 month validity time of which after this time the voucher becomes invalid/expired and any funds paid are forfeit. Appointment credit holds where a client has prepaid and cancelled/requested hold/not used payment has a validity time of 3 months. Does not apply to no show appointment credits. This prepaid may be gifted to another party for credit on their appointment or utilised at your advised rebook time. If an appointment is not rebooked or credit used then after 3 months of original booked appointment time, funds are forfeited and a new initial or follow-up consultation fee will be required.

Privacy & Confidentiality Policy: Any personal information shared with us through this website is strictly private and confidential. However, under extreme circumstances we may need to disclose personal information about you; for example if we are required to do so under law; to government or law enforcement officials in the course of a legitimate legal request or in the investigation of a suspected crime; if we feel that disclosure is required to prevent physical or financial harm to anyone; to establish/exercise/defend my legal responsibilities / rights; or with your full and informed consent. Personal information is always stored securely. A more comprehensive privacy & confidentiality document is being drafted and will be available upon completion.

Naturopaths & Herbalists Association of Australia: As qualified Naturopaths, our team of practitioners are fully insured, have first-aid certificates and are registered members of the Naturopaths & Herbalists Association of Australia (NHAA), and abide by the Code of Conduct outlined by NHAA. NHAA is an independent professional association through which consumer complaints may be made.
