MEDICAL DISCLAIMER
Last updated: 28 September 2026
The Feel Good Society provides naturopathic services and general health and wellbeing education. Please read the following information when using our website, content and services.
General health information
Information shared through our website, social media, newsletters, guides and other educational resources is for general informational and educational purposes.
This content is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent a medical condition. It does not replace personalised medical advice, diagnosis or treatment from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
Do not disregard medical advice or delay seeking care because of information you have read or received through our educational content.
Individual consultations
Recommendations provided during naturopathic consultations are personalised to your circumstances and based on the information available at the time.
Please tell your practitioner about your medical conditions, medications, supplements, allergies, pregnancy or breastfeeding, and any changes to your health.
Naturopathic care can complement your medical care. Continue to consult your GP, specialist or other appropriate healthcare professional for medical assessment, diagnosis and treatment.
Medications, supplements and herbal medicines
Do not start, stop or change prescribed medication without consulting the healthcare professional responsible for prescribing it.
Nutritional supplements, herbal medicines and other natural health products may cause side effects, have contraindications or interact with medications. “Natural” does not necessarily mean safe or suitable for everyone.
Seek individual advice before using these products, particularly if you take medication, have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are considering them for a child.
Testing and results
Any testing arranged or discussed as part of your care should be considered alongside your symptoms, health history and other relevant clinical information.
A test result alone may not establish a diagnosis or rule out a medical condition. Results may require further assessment by your GP or another appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
Outcomes and expectations
Responses to care vary between individuals. We do not guarantee a particular health outcome or result.
Testimonials and examples describe individual experiences and do not predict the outcome another person will achieve.
Nothing in this disclaimer excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Emergencies
The Feel Good Society does not provide emergency medical care. Our email, website forms and social media messages should not be used to seek urgent assistance.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency in Australia, call 000 immediately. If you are outside Australia, call your local emergency number.
