Marketing Coordinator – Socials, Klaviyo & Shopify

The Feel Good Society is growing (in the best kind of way), and we’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator who lives and breathes all things content, e-comm, and wellness. If you love creating beautiful digital moments, keeping a marketing calendar humming, and bringing brands to life online - you’ll fit right in.

 

Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like:

• Planning, creating, and scheduling social content that feels on-brand and effortless (static, reels, stories, UGC).

• Building dreamy EDMs and automated flows in Klaviyo - from nurture to launch sequences.

• Updating and refreshing our Shopify site so everything feels polished, cohesive, and ready for conversions.

• Coordinating product launches, campaigns, and creative assets with our practitioners, designers, and photographers.

• Tracking performance across socials, email, and Shopify to guide future strategy.

• Keeping our community engaged with thoughtful, supportive, wellness-aligned communication.

 

You’ll Be Perfect For This If You:

• Have 2+ years in digital marketing, ideally in wellness, beauty, or e-commerce.

• Are confident across Klaviyo, Shopify, Canva, and social scheduling tools.

• Have a natural eye for aesthetics, attention to details and brand cohesiveness.

• Are organised, proactive, and love bringing structure to creative chaos.

• Understand customer journeys and can translate insights into meaningful content.

• Thrive in a warm, fast-moving, purpose-driven environment.

 

Bonus Skills (Not essential but loved):

• Reels editing

• Basic design

• UGC/influencer coordination

• Experience with supplements or women’s wellness
