Hi, I’m Suzzi, the founder of The Good Health Club and naturopath behind The Feel Good Society.
 

After working with thousands of women over the past few years, I began to notice a pattern. So many were seeing specialist after specialist, trying new programs, supplements, or diets, yet still not feeling any better. They were told their results were normal or given the same treatment as everyone else, without anyone taking the time to truly understand their story or explain why they felt the way they did.
 

Too often, women are led to believe their symptoms are just part of being female or that they simply need to try harder. The truth is that lasting change does not come from another quick fix. It comes from rebuilding the key foundations that support the body to heal, including the way you eat, think, move, and live.
 

That realisation inspired me to create The Good Health Club. It is a space for women who are ready to get to the root cause of what is really going on, restore their energy, balance their hormones, and finally feel confident and connected in their bodies again. Inside, we focus on the four essential pillars of health: mindset, nutrition, movement, and lifestyle.

Suzzi is a distinction-awarded Bachelor of Health Science Naturopathic Practitioner and Mindset Facilitator, dedicated to helping women restore balance, vitality, and confidence through evidence-based, holistic care.
 

Blending science and soul, Suzzi’s approach addresses the root causes of hormonal, metabolic, and digestive concerns while empowering clients to cultivate sustainable lifestyle change. Her work integrates clinical naturopathy with mindset and behavioural coaching to support not only physical transformation but also emotional wellbeing and resilience.
 

With thousands of consultations delivered and a reputation for practical, results-driven care, Suzzi guides clients to understand their bodies, master their health foundations, and feel good from the inside out. Her philosophy centres on simplicity, self-awareness, and education, helping women achieve lasting health through clarity, consistency, and confidence.

Dietitian (APD) 

 

Mikayla is a passionate dietitian dedicated to helping people feel their best through food that truly nourishes. She works closely with clients to develop realistic and enjoyable strategies that enhance overall health and wellbeing.

With a special interest in gut health (including IBS, Ulcerative Colitis, and Crohn's Disease), weight management, chronic disease prevention, and women's health, Mikayla focuses on anti-inflammatory nutrition to support conditions such as PCOS and endometriosis. Post-grad training in FODMAP & IBS​.

Her approach centres on balance, compassion, and understanding that each person's relationship with food is unique. Mikayla is committed to helping clients build confidence around eating, restore trust in their bodies, and create sustainable nutrition habits that fit their lifestyle.

Movement & Confidence Specialist 

Rosie is a passionate personal trainer who believes in the power of movement to shape not just the body, but also the mind and spirit. She trusts that true strength comes from showing up consistently, listening to the body’s cues, and honouring each person’s unique journey.

 

With a background in resistance training and a deep respect for sound biomechanics, Rosie guides her clients toward feeling strong, resilient and capable. She holds that fitness isn’t about chasing perfection, it’s about building a sustainable pattern of growth, energy and wellbeing.

 

Her core philosophy centres on authenticity: she encourages people to move with intention, fuel their bodies thoughtfully and remember that progress is about persistence rather than perfection. Beneath every workout, Rosie aims to foster confidence, self-respect and a healthy relationship with the body.
